One array will be my slow array and have the two spinning 3TB drives and the other my fast array with the 2 1tb ssds. I would like to use the NVMe as a single cache drive for the system but I would also like to create to arrays. You can also setup a RAID 0 or RAID 10 cache in Unraid if you are dead set on maximizing every drop of performance. Also btrfs has its own range of issues to know about too. While possible, using something like windows server or open media vault or freenas is a better solution, and more supported, and will work better. I also have an NVMe drive which is 500gb. Unraid is built around their own raid solution, if you dont want to use it, id probably get anouther os. Registration must be started from your Unraid webgui. My setup is a HP Microserver G10+ and I have 2x 3TB spinning drives and 2x 1TB ssds.

First time Unraid user here, I’ve been watching lots of tutorials online on how to set this up but I’m still slightly confused on the array and cache pool setups etc. Once I get my HBA card and the new case for my UnRAID server I will make a new post with some more images of my system.
